It’s no doubt that NeNe Leakes lives the high life with pretty much the highest salary across all the Real Housewives franchise. But when she decides on one thing, she pretty much settles with it before expanding her reach in any field she can. As for her house, she chose one in 2015 with the most luxurious of prices and is living every day in a “hotel”.
The $2.1 Million Mansion NeNe Leakes Bought in 2015 Was Still Under Construction
In March 2015, The Queen Bee wowed everyone as she showcased a luxurious house at the lush gated community Sugarloaf Country Club in Duluth, Georgia, she bought for no less than $2.075 million. The 9,511-square-foot, 6-bedroom, 6.5 bathroom house was still under construction at the time she bought it (only the home premises, not the actual home itself), a deal closed with a $750,000 down payment on February 27, 2015.
There were still a lot of things to be done when she bought her current residency.

Daily Mail also reported at the time that she took out a $1.324 million loan to buy the property that was actually in sale for the asking price of $2.2 million. The inclined-place-styled front porch went all-green after she moved in as she did some major renovations to the place, presumably covered by the purchase price. She shared a glimpse of the inside of the house in May that year.
The Mediterranean Coastal villa has two large staircases, two full kitchens (only one is used), a chandelier in each room and an outdoor pool. While the main attraction is her extravagant closet, her favorite room is her master bedroom, nothing sort of a massive decoration. As a bedroom-girl, she’s decorated the room with white and silver furniture, floor to ceiling curtains, a crystal chandelier, an oversized Marge Carson bed, plus pillows and a silver comforter.
She’s given a tour of her house a bunch of times.
Another Modest Home 15-Minute Drive from the Main Home
In January 2020, the 52-year-old was reported to have bought another Georgia home, but this time for the modest price (in terms of a celebrity, of course) of $260,000. The 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom, 2,076 sq. ft. pad is located in the same Duluth city, within just a 15-minute drive from her resort-like current home.
We’ll have to wait to know why she bought a second one though.

The new getaway home is also within a gated community, with a large clubhouse, pool, athletic field and workout facility. The purpose of the new property is unknown though.
In terms of other properties, she is a big fan of Range Rover as she drives a luxurious grey model priced around $84,000. And she was also reportedly caught up in a repossession case, as she was thought to have had her Bentley repossessed. But yeah, she’s denied the rumor.
