As per estimating sources, Dale Orlando holds a net worth of around $5 million thanks to his 30+ years career as a lawyer. As the Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario, he is also the founding partner of McLeish Orlando LLP, a critical injury boutique firm. Besides, the father-of-four is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Advocates’ Society.
Dale, after completing his law degree from the University of Western Ontario, first started working as an articling student for a year and then as an associate lawyer at Loopstra Nixon LLP. He then founded McLeish Orlando LLP, a solely plaintiff-side personal injury firm with his mentor, John McLeish in the year 1999 where the duo could practice without any financial restraints put on them by other partners.
Being the forerunner in the business with their skills, dedication, and work ethics, McLeish Orlando LLP soon became famous among clients. Eventually, the partnership expanded through the addition of four more lawyers: Patrick Brown, Salvatore Shaw, Rikin Morzaria, and Joseph Cescon. Among them, Orlando, McLeish, and Brown are the past presidents of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
One of the biggest achievements of the firm was to successfully recover the largest personal injury damages award in Canada – an $18.4 million award for a teenage crash victim Katherine-Paige MacNeill. Before that, Dale and his team also secured a settlement in excess of $14 million in 2010 for a client who suffered a serious brain injury making that one of the largest settlements in Canada.
Moreover, the firm has worked exclusively in the area of personal injury/wrongful death litigation on behalf of plaintiffs for more than 23 years now and has been recognized as one of Canada's Top 10 Personal Injury Law Firms by Canadian Lawyer Magazine.

Additionally, Orlando is also the co-founder, investor, and advisor of his daughter, Maddie Orlando's clothing line, Artless. He is also the recurring co-host in his daughter's podcast, The Sister Diary. Considering the fact that he had already garnered 89,500 followers on his Instagram account, he may also be an influencer dad just like Justin Norris in near future.

Forget Romeo and Juliet, Dale Orlando and his wife Meredith Orlando are the true example of true lovers who have been together for 33+ years now. The pair first met in December 1988 when Dale was just 19 and Meredith was 18, but Dale was dating another person from his high school at that time.
Even though both of them liked each other at first sight, it was not until March 1989 that they finally got into the relationship. After dating for over six years, the lovebirds finally tied the knot on November 18, 1995. They welcomed their first child a daughter named Maddie Orlando just after a year of their marriage and a second child Darian Orlando in 1998.
There was not always a smile in their marriage as Dale was struggling to provide sufficient financial assistance as he had just started his own firm at that time. He even worked six days (sometimes even seven days a week) and had no time to rest.
Even after facing so many problems, Meredith never once complained about her life which Dale is still thankful for to this day. They eventually overcame their financial crisis and welcomed their third and fourth child, Johnny and Lauren Orlando in the year 2003 and 2004 respectively, who both are successful actors and social media sensations now.
