According to a tribute Obituary for her grandfather George Lagina, his name is not mentioned beside anyone else's name. And Rick was not with anyone back then.

Maddie grew up in Traverse City, Michigan, and currently lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She completed her high school from Traverse City Central High School (according to the logo in her graduation gown) in 2008 and soon joined Emery University later that year for her Bachelor in Science (B.S.) study. She graduated with a B.S. degree in Biology in 2012 and then joined the university's Master's program the next year. She graduated with a double degree in Doctor in Medicine and Masters in Public Health in 2018.

Maddie Lagina's Job & Profession

Maddie is one of those rare breeds of people swaying away from the family business. According to her education, she's currently a Resident Physician at Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor since June 2018 after completing her Master's degree. She's also previously worked as a Research Intern at Georgia Spine & Neurosurgery Center, LLC., from January 2012 to April 2013, the break in between her Bachelor's and Master's education. She was also a Medical Assistant at The Walk-in Clinic for five months from June 2012.
